Lettens Jan04/06/2012On 21 Nov, 1939, the auxiliary minesweeper Ste. Claire struck a mine laid by U-16 on 23 October and sank 10 miles southeast of Folkestone. Owner M. Pannequin was on board and died, when his ship sank.
