The wreck is definitely carrying motor cycle tyres and batteries so its a good bet that it is the Kingfisher.

Lettens Jan10/09/2011The British ship Kingfisher, on passage from Milford Haven for London, was attacked, torpedoed and sunk on June 26th, 1940 by the German MTB schnellboot S-19 (Töniges), approx. 50°34N-000°32E.
