Lettens Jan26/08/2011SS Rimfakse, built by Laxevaags Maskin & Jernskibsbyg., Bergen in 1909 and owned at the time of her loss by A/S Rimfakse (A. Schjelderup), Bergen, was a Norwegian steamer of 1119 tons.

On April 28th, 1918, Rimfakse, on a voyage from Bilbao to Cardiff with a cargo of iron ore, was sunk by the German submarine U-60 (Franz Grünert), 10 miles southwest of Hartland Point. There were no casualties.
