Cosmodiver09/02/2010Letty left Liverpool on 21 Aug 1941 and encountered very rough weather. Bodies of some of her crew were washed ashore - there were no surviviors. Because of the possibility
of mine damage, she was listed as 50% war 50% marine loss. From underwater
observations (diving) this site is the wreck of the Letty
