  History

Lettens Jan16/01/2014On December 16th, 1962, the German cargo ship NAUTILUS, built in 1922 by Chantiers de Caen Blainville and owned at the time of her loss by Thyselius A., on voyage from Swansea to Delfzijl with a cargo of coal, was lost in a storm 15 miles northwest from Texel Light. 23 people lost their lives.
