LERICI MV was a Italian Motor cargo vessel of 6,070grt built in 1941 by Odero-Terni-Oralndo, Muggiano, Italy for G. B. Bibolini, La Spezia, Italy.

On the 15th August 1942 she was torpedoed by British submarine HMS Porpoise when 120 miles N of Ras Amir, Libya. She sank on the following day.
