Allen Tony26/06/2007Emile Miguet was a French motor tanker of 14115 tons and built in 1937 and owned by COMPAGNE NAVALE DES PETROLES. On the 12th October 1939 when on route from CORPUS CHRISTI and KINGSTON for LE HAVRE carrying a cargo of 13700 barrels of gasoline and crude oil she was attacked and sunk by gunfire from U-48. 2 crew lost.
