Allen Tony26/06/2007Georgios Kyriakides was a Greek cargo steamer of 4,201 tons and built in 1911 and owned by KYRIAKIDES, HEIRS OF NICOLAS G. She was formerly called TREVALGAN. On the 30th June 1940 when on route from MACORIS for LIVERPOOL carrying a cargo of 7.243 tons of sugar in bags she was torpedoed by U-47 and sunk. 30 crew saved.
